Biography

Biography

Hi, I'm Andrew-founder of Real Talk MNC. I'm a qualified counsellor and experienced youth worker, with a background in supporting young people through some of life's toughest challenges.

My approach is relaxed, genuine, and grounded in real-life experience. I understand that the traditional office-based counselling doesn't suit everyone, which is why I offer flexible, mobile sessions that take place in spaces where young people feel safe and at ease-whether that's at home, in the community, or online.

Over the years, I've worked closely with adolescents and young people facing issues like anxiety, depression, identity, trauma, isolation, behavioural challenges, and transitions out of care or justice settings. I bring both professional insight and lived experience to the work I do, and I believe in meeting each client with respect, empathy, and authenticity.

I'm passionate about creating culturally safe, inclusive, and LGBTQ+ friendly enviroment, where young people feel truly seen, heard and supported.

No pressure. No judgement. Just real support that meets you where you're at.

Some kind words from some clients

"As a parent, finding the right support for my teenage son was incredibly important. From the very first session with Real Talk MNC, I felt reassured. Andrew created a safe, welcoming space where my son felt heard and understood-something we hadn't found elsewhere. The positive changes in his confidence, communication, and overall well-being have been amazing. I can't recommend this service enough."

Michelle

Parent of a 16-year-old client

"Our 13-year-old daughter had been struggling with anxiety for over a year, and it was heartbreaking to see her withdraw from the things she used to enjoy. Finding Andrew at Real Talk MNC was a turning point. He connected with her in a way that felt natural and respectful, and she quickly felt comfortable opening up. Over time, we've seen her confidence return, her anxiety lessen, and her smile come back.

We're so grateful for the care and understanding Andrew has shown our family."

Rachel

Parent of a 13-year-old client

"When our 14-year-old son started isolating himself from friends, sport, and everything he used to love, we knew we needed help. Andrew at Real Talk MNC provided exactly that. He took the time to build trust, and gently encouraged our son to open up at his own pace. The shift has been incredible-he's re-engaging with life, smiling more, and even asked to rejoin his soccer team. We honestly can't thank Andrew enough for the support and guidance he's given our family."
